That’s fair, but I wouldn’t read too much into GT


Kelly didn’t have her best stuff and we had gusts of 30 mph blowing out to left. And we still almost won that game.

I would actually consider Carrie our ace and she got two wins and delivered a hit that set up the winning run. We are fortunate to have an awesome 1-2 punch in the circle.

I still feel pretty positive about the team, but Hokie fans have been burned often by early season success. NC State will be a good test - their pitching versus our hitting.
